Details for IAGA 2025 Challenge

Welcome to the eVTOL and AAM discovery project, 

Over the next few weeks we will build a presentation to present to the ICGA ( International conference in Green Aviation) 2025 where partners come from various aviation backgrounds. You will receive feedback for your presentation from them as well. 

Deliverable 

• Create a 10 minutes presentation with the concept of acceptance in eVTOL & AAM infrastructure. 

We will discover how infrastructures allow for new innovations and how the internet and digital marketing also convery messages that help or harm the adoption of such technologies. 

Practice Session 1 Sep 12 Deliverable: 

1. Build a team of 3-4 students
2. Share your credentials for 1 powerpoint slide deck and 1 report 
3. Read through the guidelines of the case 
4. Come up with a preliminary plan 
5. Research eVTOL online by answering the 9 questions 
   

Guiding questions: 

1. Try to discover the following within the world of eVTOL 
2. What does the internet say about eVTOL? 
3. Have policies (regulations) already been established? 
4. Who are the competitors part of the eVTOL race? 
5. What are the risks of having an eVTOL? 
6. What are the planned infrastructure, what are the feasibilities? 
7. Utilize the porter's five force for one of the companies. 
8. Draw out the competitive map for the current competitors. 
9. What is the public attitude about eVTOL?
