There are a number of conflicts that arise in the workplace and these are not exclusive, but they are the ones that seem to arise generally. It may be because there is a difference in goals, philosophies and beliefs. It can be perceptions of the situation and how people typically view something happening in the workplace. These can be emotional needs and not everyone feels like they belong and are emotionally cared for. It could be expectations and limits. Some people feel that their expectations and boundaries are being met and others don't feel the same way. It could also be about ways of behaving and maybe not feeling like everyone is behaving in an acceptable way. Not everyone feels that sense of belonging and can sometimes feel like a stranger or have no voice heard.
