What is the Thomas Kilmann model?
The Thomas Kilmann model came about in 1974 and it came about basically to understand how people and teams handle conflict. People may become assertive in situations where they feel there's a threat to their own concerns, and on the other hand, they may become cooperative when they attempt to think about other people and how that conflict is affecting the team as a whole. The idea is to get people to think bigger and broader since it is a better way and a transformative way of handling conflict.
