Guidelines and Rules

Welcome everyone to our second edition of the Cross-Continental Cohort 2025,

Guidelines and Rules of the Competition,

Please find the case revealed and key questions for your presentation

Presentation Format: 15-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of Q&A

Communication Channel:

Each team will use the Discord channel as the primary platform for file exchanges and discussions. While you are welcome to use Zoom for online meetings, please ensure that all key conversations and updates are centralized on Discord. This will enable coaches and helpers to provide better support and assistance.

Use of Generative AI

Generative AI is permitted to generate ideas for brainstorming purposes, assist you with research, and clean up grammar mistakes, but the final presentation must come from you. It is an assistive tool. Please reference any use and how it was used at the end of the presentation.

Optimal time based on timezones:
We have members from 3 timezones this year: MST, EDT, and CET. The optimal time is graphed below.

Key Dates:

  • February 2nd - Welcome Session + Case Analysis Seminar by Prof. Cam Welsh.

The final presentation day will begin with the preliminaries, followed by the selection of finalist to represent to all judges at the competition with timely modifications.
