Objective of the session:

Begin your project planning; establish rules and guidelines so that you can work together in a supportive environment. Who is reliable for what? What happens if someone does not show up?
Establish and lock down common work sessions (we suggest 3 in-person meetings)
Establish your communication tools (you will be added in a private channel on teams)
Define your Company Mission, Vision
Establish Robot Idea, Material needed (Engineering)
Set up Next Tasks
Define each person's title in the team and their responsibilities
