Activity # 1 - First Week

In this activity build teams of 4 to 6 students. 

Please submit your answers on Omnivox, 1 per team is good. 

Make sure the first page has all of the first and last names of your team members + ID number. Put a star next to the name of the captain the person sending it in on omnivox. 

Human Resource Management is a critical part of an organization. 
While learning about it, we want to first discover ourselves and how we feel. 

Show concrete examples (be as clear as possible), and find minimum 3 sources for each question. 

Here are your team tasks: 

1. Answer and Discuss within your teams the challenges that you face as a student in terms of anxiety, stress and confidence.

2. Now come up with techniques that you have used to cope with difficult situations regarding discrimination, gender, sexuality, age. 

3. Teamwork. What happens when you have challenges with teamwork? 

After your preparation we will discuss these topics together and see what comes out of it. Be sure to support any claims with evidence.
