Section 2: Scenario-Based Application

  1. Scenario: Performance Planning & Integrated Reward System (Max 350 words)

    Imagine you could go back to the first session of our HR Game and live through it again. Reflecting on your experience, what would you have done differently or kept the same in terms of monitoring your team's performance? 

    Draft a set of guidelines for effectively monitoring performance, including a reward system with specific steps, expectations, and timeframes. Your plan should aim to prevent team members from failing to meet expectations while motivating your team to achieve five times more sales. Consider role assignments, the importance of feedback, accountability measures, and potential outcomes. Be specific in your examples, drawing on your lived experiences during the challenge. Persuade us why your plan would not only create a welcoming environment for each individual but also significantly boost your company's revenue. 

    Tip: Be very specific with your examples, names, situations, sales numbers. Generic answers will score low.
