Does analysis add value by adding insights about the situation? (Not re-hash)
Are things like risk identified in the analysis?
Does the financial analysis make sense?

Recommendation • Weight 10 %
Does the audience understand what the recommendation is?
Is the recommendation realistic and feasible?
Is the recommendation supported by the analysis?
Implementation • Weight 30 %
Does the implementation include the steps and timing to make the recommendation happen?
Does the implementation include who is responsible for making the steps happen?
Is there a cost of the implementation?
Did the team answer how we know the recommendation has been successful?
Did the plan include the needed risk mitigations in the steps?
Presentation • Weight 30 %
Is the deck professional and leads to good presentation flow?
Are the speakers professional and natural?
Did the team stay within the allocated time?
