How to Use This Manual
The first Discover Your Mad Skills Masterclass Manual focused on solving the case: deciphering the problem, conducting analysis, developing alternatives, making a recommendation, and determining how to implement it. This second manual focuses on what happens next: How do you turn good thinking into a clear, persuasive presentation?
A case presentation is not simply a collection of slides. Your story, analysis, visuals, speaking, body language, timing, and Q&A must work together to help the audience understand and believe your recommendation.
Throughout this manual, keep one question at the centre of every communication decision: What does the audience need to understand, believe, remember, and act upon? That means making deliberate choices about what to include, what to leave out, what to emphasise, and how to communicate it. The best presentation is not the one containing the most information. It is the one that makes the right information easiest to understand.
Deciphering Case Characteristics still matters. Your audience, the decision they face, the complexity of the case, the evidence they expect, and the time available should influence how you structure and deliver your presentation.
