Before you compete, ask the following:

1. Clarity: Can the judges understand our solution?

2. Relevance: Does every major piece of content matter?

3. Logic: Does the evidence lead logically to the recommendation?

4. Credibility: Do we come across as people who understand the problem?

5. Visual Communication: Can the judges quickly understand the key evidence?

6. Delivery: Do we communicate with energy, confidence, and control?

7. Persuasion: Do we make the judges believe the solution can work?

8. Recovery: Can we handle mistakes, interruptions, and difficult questions?
