Hello Shelly, can you please provide an introduction to this module on workplace success and conflict transformation? 

In this module we're going to really focus on what it takes to successfully manage your own career path, build relationships, seek out the right mentors, deal with conflict effectively, and learn the skills needed to advance professionally while remaining happy in your role. Success at work is about understanding how to be successful in an ecosystem that is constantly changing in terms of expectations, responsibilities, skills and training.
