Live Case 2 - LIA Final Project

As part of the Global Marketing Course, the LIA Final Project will be centralized around the ENGINUITY Program where students have a chance to collaborate with the Engineering Faculty, as well as Business Administration Faculty. 

The LIA Deliverables consist of 3 Checkpoint Report specific to Global Marketing. 

Project deliverables (both engineering and commerce)

The final deliverables for this project will consist of the following:

    1. 1Company functionalreport set of robots

      • 12 videos (collaborative journey video production (max 3 minutes, 16:9 format), on the process of your team coming together to the final showcase
      • 1 short catalogue (max 4 pages) showcasing your product
      • 1 central website page (you can use Canva)
      • 1 branding portfolio (for online and booth showcase) - 1 poster, 1 pamphlet, 1 branding typography chart, 3 logos (BW, Color, Square, Banner)
      • 1 promotionaladvertisement video (max 1 minute, cinematic)16:9 format)
      • 1 socialWebsite mediapage portfolio
      • 1 Poster (311 posts)by 7)
      • Branding typography chart

    3. Product 
      • 1 functional robot that communicates with another robot

    Company Report 

    The company report can follow this structure 

    • Page1 1page - Title page (Company name, logo, team member, titles and expertise) 
    • Page1 2page - Executive Summary (A short, effective page telling the audience what you do, your purpose, and how you planned and executed). The objective of this page is to understand your company/product within 30 seconds (You can include pictures, icons, anything that will capture attention).
      Page 2+ - Contact information - either a company email, key links (website, social media)
    • Page2 3pages - Team detailed presentation, Company Mission, Vision 
    • Product2 Blueprintpages - sketch
    • Product Material / Costs 
    • Project Management - How will you work as a team? What is the division of tasks between each unit? What will be your milestones, communication tools, rules and guidelines within your company (How do you foster a supportive environment and create resposibility?) If someone does not show up, or does not contribute, what happens?
    • 2-3 pages - Marketing Strategy - Pyramid (Integration of environments within Global Marketing)  
      Define your Marketing Strategy (Local considerations),
      Define your Marketing Strategy (Global considerations), Which countries?
      PESTEL Analysis 
      Key Performance Indicators
      Target Market - Who is your audience? 
    • 1-2 pages - Marketing Strategy - Timeline of Activities - Start February - May 
    • 2-3 pages - Marketing Executive - Mock ups (pre-execution)
      1 Journey Video - What do you plan to capture? What will be your story? What material do you need? Who is responsible
      1 Promo Video - What is your storyboard? How will you capture? 
      3 Social Media Posts minimum - What is your social media channel? Ideation? Concepts? Mock Ups

    Live 2 Report Checkpoint 1 

    Begin gathering information and dividing your tasks as a team. Global Marketing students are the central core. 
    You are the bridge between the product creation (engineering) and the final customer (sales)

    Deliverable for Checkpoint 1: 

    • Template structure - ready to populate as you go
    • Set up communication channel between each department
    • Logo Design
    • Project Management Draft (established rules etc..)
    • Company Mission and Vision

    Live 2 Report Checkpoint 2

    Deliverable for Checkpoint 2: 

    • Update of the template - with company colors, logo.
    • Marketing Strategy - Pyramid (Integration of environments within Global Marketing) 
    • Marketing Strategy - Timeline of Activities 
    • Marketing Executive - Mock ups (pre-execution) - in progress

    Live 2 Report Checkpoint 3

    Deliverable for Checkpoint 3: 

    • Update of the template
    • Complete most sections 
    • Marketing Execution - Final (post execution) - in-progress
