PART VIII: Team Presentation
A case competition presentation is a team performance. The judges are not evaluating four separate presenters; they are evaluating whether the team collectively understands, believes, and can defend One Recommendation. That means teamwork must be visible in:

how speakers transition;

how terminology is used;

how the team handles the room;

how speaking roles are allocated;

how teammates support the active speaker;
-
how consistently everyone explains the recommendation.
The objective is: One Team → One Story → One Recommendation. Individual personalities should remain.remain, Individualand individual strengths should be used.used, Butbut the presentation should feel like it belongs to the team, not four individuals taking turns.
