PART VIII: Team Presentation

A case competition presentation is a team performance. The judges are not evaluating four separate presenters; they are evaluating whether the team collectively understands, believes, and can defend One Recommendation. That means teamwork must be visible in:

  • how speakers transition;

  • how terminology is used;

  • how the team handles the room;

  • how speaking roles are allocated;

  • how teammates support the active speaker;

  • how consistently everyone explains the recommendation.

The objective is: One Team → One Story → One Recommendation. Individual personalities should remain, and individual strengths should be used, but the presentation should feel like it belongs to the team, not four individuals taking turns.
