PART VI: Recommendation

Strong case solving ultimately leads to a decision. After deciphering the case, analysing the situation, and evaluating alternatives, your team must determine what the organisation should actually do. A strong recommendation is more than a good idea. It is a clear, evidence-based decision that connects the problem, analysis, alternatives, financial impact, feasibility, and organisational realities. The goal is to make the recommendation feel logical, credible, and actionable so that the judges understand not only what you recommend but also why it is the best choice and why the organisation can realistically implement it.

A winning recommendation doesn't appear at the end of the case; it emerges from everything that came before it.
