PART X: Building the Presentation
A strong case solution does not automatically become a strong case presentation. Once the strategy is developed, your team must make another series of decisions: What does the audience need to understand, believe, and remember? That means deciding what to include, what to leave out, how to position the team, how to establish the problem, and how to lead the judges logically toward the recommendation. The presentation is not a record of everything your team did. It is the clearest and most persuasive version of the argument you have built. Solve the case for the organisation. Build the presentation for the audience.
