2. RELEVANCE: Does every major piece of content matter?
3. LOGIC: Does the evidence lead logically to the recommendation?
4. CREDIBILITY: Do we come across as people who understand the problem?
5. VISUAL COMMUNICATION: Can the judges quickly understand the key evidence?
6. DELIVERY: Do we communicate with energy, confidence, and control?
7. PERSUASION: Do we make the judges believe the solution can work?
8. RECOVERY: Can we handle mistakes, interruptions, and difficult questions?
