Advice for Resolving Technical Cases

I believe that technical solutions are always informed by past experiences. Therefore, trying to find similar problems can be incredibly helpful in generating ideas for a solution. Understanding previous challenges can also highlight potential pitfalls of a given technical solution.

A significant part of this process involves researching and looking up similar problems. You want to fully understand the issue at hand while identifying a solution that fits. Once you have some ideas, it's important to search for that specific technical solution and see if there’s any information about its application to other problems.

That's where I typically start. I am a big fan of using Google. It helps me discover insights and approaches I might not have considered otherwise.
