Advice on the Challenge of Lot of Material and a Short Time to Present

It's important to remember that 10 to 15 minutes isn't a long time. When preparing your presentation, you should differentiate between the time you've invested in developing the technical solution and the time you dedicate to presenting it. You may have put a lot of effort into creating an elegant technical solution, but it’s not necessary to devote a large portion of your presentation to explaining all the technical details.

Instead, consider using clear visuals that can help the audience or judges understand your technical solution at a glance. You might also think about using analogies to simplify complex concepts, which can intrigue them and encourage further questions during the Q&A session.

Have some background slides ready that you can reference if needed, but the main goal is for your audience to grasp the overall idea and design of your solution within that limited time. If they understand the high-level concept, they are more likely to ask questions if they want to explore the technical details further. This approach will help you balance your presentation between business aspects and technical elements effectively.
